The title should explain it, but the app has begun demanding 2FA codes be sent to my email and entered before I can do anything. I checked, and that "feature" is turned off in my account.
Then I tried to open a case, and got stuck in a loop of "start case, login, start case, login, start case", etc.
Any idea how I can actually contact anybody that can help solve this?
I'm using Firefox, latest version, and tried Chrome with the same results.

Sorry you're having some trouble getting through to support here, as that would definitely be the best step to look into this further.
You should be able to create a case here to get started. For this situation the options The EA app | PC | Manage my account | Manage account details would likely be the best option and should get you through to support.

Thank you for the response. I was able to get in to where I needed using the link you provided. The contact form promised a response in 72 hours, so I'll post back here with what I hope is a resolution, in case somebody else has this problem, and hasn't posted about it.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I couldn't log in to post a response without getting a code emailed to me from EA.
Obviously, this has NOT been resolved.
