Didn't receive refund money back into paypal

In the customer portal it says that my refund request was "fixed", but it hasn't shown that the money was returned. Might it be because there are no Payment Methods connected to the account and EA didn't have access to the paypal?

The game is Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare (I accidently bought the game twice and I put in the refund for the 2nd copy)

Hey @lemochiboyo a refund request can take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your original payment balance .

Did you speak to a member or our support or go through the automated refund process?
