DID I GET BANNED AND SUSPENDED I"M SO CONFUSED

YES , you all I accepted coins , so with that said I got a Suspension email on the 21st of OCT , not sure about anyone else here but it clearly states  you can access the features after 14 days .

 

-WELL here's the confusing thing,  no matter how many times I chat in i get the same response " i see you have BAN on your Account for 14 days" than they escalate than I get email back saying they will not reverse the decision , which I know. PLEASE STOP  its the same email each time like it almost auto generated.

 

-What EA can not tell me is did I get BANNED and SUSPENDED , so confused right now , i have NO BANS or Suspension under my account when I log in which if you going to have this option maybe you should show this information.

 

-The only EMAIL I got is the one attached to this title that's it I got no BANNED email at all, makes me wounder if they stacked a BAN for 14 days and suspension for total of 28days  , which makes no sense since I  never got one that stated this.

 

-I have attached the suspension email and the screenshot 

 

-Maybe someone higher up on EA tree will see this and explain this because I have no idea at this point.

If you are still seeing a message that you have been actioned you will want to reach out to our TOS team, we are unable to assist with BANs on Answers HQ. 

 

If you have checked your Ban History, please note not all Bans may appear here. They will be able to see if your BAN should be over or if there should still be an active one on your account.

It isn't possible to help you with bans or suspensions here on Answers HQ.
If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact EA directly: 

 

  1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
  2. Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
  3. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
  4. Choose your platform.
  5. Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
  6. Fill out any additional details.
    • For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
  7. Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Click the + sign.
  9. Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.

The process of reviewing your ban or suspension might take some time. Only fill in this form once, sending in more appeals isn't going to speed things up.

I guess you dont undertand the response I know where to look and I have submitted cases ...I have NO ACTIVE BANS OR SUSPENSION on my Account , EA can not tell me if they double dipped me , I have an email from 18 days ago(which is attached for SHOW) that clearly states 14 days thats it.

 

-EA can say if they gave me a BAN and Suspension this is what I woud like to know can they do both ?
