Currency Purchase for DAI

I made 5 Dragon Age Inquisition currency purchases from 3/27 thru today and none of them are showing up in my game on either character. between the 5 purchases, I have spent around $60, and I'm not happy. What can be done to resolve this problem and get me my product?

Hi @TheInquistor1436 Generally missing items are something EA Help can assist with. It would be worth opening a case with them if you haven't already, so they can take a look into it for you.
