I Bought a pack and I didn’t get anything I still can’t get my money back???????

Depending on which game and pack you're talking about here, we should be able to help with this.

If this was purchased directly through Origin or the EA app, you can reach out to support here and they'll be able to check into this further.

If this was not purchased from us directly you may need these proof of purchase screenshots as well, so please be sure to have those available when reaching out if needed.
