Change Game FROM English to Spanish (Dragon Age Inquisition)

You'd think this would be an incredibly simple request... because you know... it was like two buttons on Steam and it didn't require a redownload. *cough* *cough* Origin blows *cough* *cough*

I want to change the language of Dragon Age Inquisition FROM English to Spanish. I changed my UI language and redownloaded, but all that got me was a spanish DAI UI. It's my understanding I should be able to get the spoken language to change as well? Or is that not the case? I can't tell if there just isn't Spanish audio or if Origin is just being a pain hahaha.
