Cant buy anything in the origin store..

Everything is okay with the credit card, when i try buying any game i get this "

We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later.
 " 
Nothing works..
Any suggestions ?

Waited some days and still nothing. Tried from a different account still nothing, tried a different card, same thing. Sales end today and origin wont let me buy anything.Standard smile

@McTavish316 If you are seeing it on different cards can you take a look at the information you have entered and compare it against your credit card info. It may be worth speaking with your bank to ensure that there is nothing stopping it on their side.

Everything is okay with the card and the info, i can buy games from steam and other sites. I only have this problem with origin.

Try to order/buy from the Origin Store on the web.

 

Clear your local browsing history https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clearing-your-browsers-cache/

 

Restart your machine and do the steps to order a game through origin.com

 

-launch your browser you use.

 

-type in search field origin .com

 

-go to origin.com.


-browse or search for a game you want 


-click Buy 

 

NOTE if your issue persists you need to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.


Select Origin from the list.


Select a topic for the best results.


Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.


Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.


Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor

 

 

-For Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.

 

- In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday
