Hello @KHerr111
You need to uninstall Sims 4 complete and then Restart your Pc .
After that please clear the Origin cache here are the steps...
# login in Origin first.
#click on “Origin” at the top left of origin window and select “Application Settings”.
# in settings window, click on “Advance” button from left side.
#then you will see there “Delete all game Installer” button. Click on it.
#click on “Yes” then click on “Close”.
-updating your Origin client...to the latest Beta version /top left Origin menu, Application Settings - General..
- make sure you are the administrator, run the setup file Origin with Admin rights restart Origin.
Now download the game only, by going to My Games Tab.
All my best.
