Can't pre load Battlefield Hardline

I cant pre load battlefield hardline eventhough i bought it on Jan ...... and the game should start pre loading on the 17th of march and unfortunately it didnt

Personally, I haven't a clue about that situation, however, a Game Adviser can probably sort it out
