I just received a text notification in Russian giving me a security code, someone is trying to hack my account again. I just got it fixed a couple months ago. Is there anything more that can be done to stop this?

Hey @dccx503vnwcqen as suggested please speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
That said I would suggest updating your password on Origin, email and anywhere else that you use on a regular basis and ensure that you have TFA turned on on all services and sites.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

I assume that, if you already got through the process, know that you need to contact EA directly?
To your question, you could enable the Two Factor Authentication for your account.
You can do that here at EA.com.
