Answers.ea.com shows me ban page for another user [ Edited ]

Somehow answers.ea.com confused me with another user. Login in the ban message is not mine. This message appears after I click on Sign in. I was able to sign in from incognito mode without problems.

Hey @aikerima!
It looks like we had misconfigured that user's ban as it contained wildcards. We have updated the ban settings, and it should no longer incorrectly flag other users, like yourself.
