Hello! One of my family members recently brought EA PLUS (The yearly version) on PS4 through the EA Website. He has his PSN Account linked with it and it doesn't still give him EA Plus on the PS4.

If the membership was purchased from the website, it sounds like the membership may have been purchased for PC instead of PlayStation. Your family member would need to reach out to the live support team so they can review the account and membership details a bit further to be sure the membership is active on PlayStation.
