When will they allow syncing??

I just bought DAOUE from origins now I want to sync it with Bioware. I did find someone with the same problem, but that post was 3 years ago and they really didn't give the answer I wanted. The guy said thy were working on it and it's been 3 years. All I want is to sync it, but I can't my code is called "invalid". Any help is appreciated.
