Server Error

"A server error occurred while attempting to access your online profile storage".

I keep getting this message and my new wardens don't show up in the Heroes section of the Dragon Age Keep. My Hawkes and Inquisitors are still appearing just fine.

Also, the Keep won't let me delete any of my old uploaded characters for some reason.

Have you previously played Dragon Age 2?

I've played both but I played DAO first.

I didn't download through Steam, I bought the disc versions.

Where is the Cloud Storage thing? I didn't see it on my EA settings.

Go to the Origin menu, Application Settings, Installs and Saves, Cloud storage, set Saves to OFF.
