Return to ostegar won't load dlc dragon age origins

So I'm doing a new play through and I realized I can't load return to ostegar. I'm playing on computer and when I click on ostegar, on the map, it starts to load and just continues to load for a long time I have left it for a full hour before with no result. Has anyone else come across this problem?
