Register DA: Origins and DA II

I'm trying to register both Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II to my bioware social network account to play inquisition on XBOX One. The problem is, I had both for digital copies in the 360, which was years ago. I no longer own that 360 console and do not have the code to register my games. My Bioware aocial network account says Turfyjungle3. Im trying to link my Xbox account as well. I dont know how. Im sorry if this is the wrong spot.
