My GAMES ARE MISSING

I've just logged into my origin accounts,(I have 2) to find that my games are missing! (Some off discs, Amazon, and bought off Origin, including Sims 4, Sims 3 University, Sims 3 Seasons, Sims 3 Supernatural, and others) All apart from one! I've tried redownloading Origin, filters, and everything else but no luck! Quite angry as I refuse to buy them again.Is there any way this can be sorted out and I can get my games back?!

a.  Having multiple accounts is probably the source of your problem.
