Is there any way I can register a downloaded xbox 360 copy of dragon age origins

If you mean on the BSN, then no. 

That was made Read-Only as of several months ago.

yes you can register the game with bioware by going to : http://social.bioware.com/ , click on the registered game content it will link you into register the game , the page has been updated to include dragon age origins ultimate edition, and there are instruction's for downloading other dlc's as well,

@wgridenour; Wow!  Didn't know they'd even partially fixed it.  I was able to register DA/UE, but couldn't get it to allow me to d/l the DLC that isn't on-disc.
