Game not in library

 Hello 

I purchased a CD key for the game 'Dragon Age: Origins' from a third party. I added the CD key into Origin but the game has not appeared in my library since I did this a couple of days ago. I have checked the filters for 'hidden games' but there is nothing there. When I attempt to re-add the game it then says the key has been used. 

When i first added the key it didn't tell me the game title or the description of the game like it normally would. Please refer to the 'error.jpg' attached. 

I am no expert at all in this field but I am starting to lean towards that it might be just the DLC for the game? However, when I purchased it, it was advertised as the full game.
