Dragon Age Origins installation error

I have bought a brand new copy of DAO Ultimate Edition, put the disc in, entered the Serial number, and then it comes up with this message: "You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2.".

I click OK and it installs about half of the files after 15 minutes of waiting, but then it just comes up with an installation error in the same place.

I tried installing 3 times now and its done the same thing.

Could it be something to do with that message?

I have a Windows 10 INTEL core i3 computer, its able to run Mass effect 1 and 2 and the demo of dragon age 2.

Please help me, I would like to play DAO soon.
