Configuration Utility Storage

★★★ Newbie

Hello,

I am trying to run my Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II and download the extra content that I purchased. However, it keeps throwing up an error and saying it can't download.  I believe the problem is that it the Configuration Utility is setting the storage device to my C:\ drive, and that doesn't have the room I need. I keep trying to set it to the D:\ drive, but it resets back to the C:\.  I've examined troubleshootings and have tried changing my Documents location folder to be sure it was in the D:\ drive, but it didn't work.  Any assistance would be wonderful.

I think the issue you are having is caused by the fact that the game creates a folder in your Users\Documents. Especially the \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\AddIns folder for DLC.

Please read wait_what's answer about that here:
