Bug Dragon age origins for PC, Xbox one, and PlayStation three characters do not

In my PC, Xbox one, and PlayStation three, no new characters are being added in my Dragon keep file for Dragon age origins. Furthermore the number of characters I did have in my Dragon keep for Dragon age origins are also missing. The last time I checked for Dragon age origins I had 164 different characters. Obviously there is something going on with Dragon keep an these systems that I am using to play Dragon age that will not allow me to add new players to Dragon's keep so I am able to play Dragon age inquisition with the characters and storylines that I want to play with.
