Blood Dragon Armor for Digital Copy?

About two weeks ago I purchased a Digital copy of Dragon Age Origins on Xbox Live. I'm having trouble getting the Blood Dragon Armor, though. I haven't received the code to redeem the DLC. Is the code to redeem the Armor supposed to be sent by Email? I've contacted EA Support, and they seem to not know what I'm talking about.
