I bought the digital download of Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition......I never received any redeem code for the DLC and thus cannot access it even though ea/origins clearly acknowledges that I bought and own the game.
I have tried everything I can think of to activate the content but apparently without the redeem code it will not install.
I feel incredibly frustrated because I cannot even get my money back as they do not offer returns on digital purchases.

Okay, now I see. If you don't have the base game serial key, yes you will need to contact EA. Because I think that now the DLCs are automatically linked to the base game serial key (someone confirmed it yesterday actually: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Origins/Dragon-age-origins-ultimate-edition/m-p/1323758#M2950)
To contact the support you need to follow that path:
I contacted them just once by chat and they replied within 5 mns. Hope you'll get someone quickly.

Hello!
To contact EA you need to use the Help center (See the "Announcements" box).
But if you have the "Download failed" error message or if the DLCs are not triggering in-game, you don't need to contact them:

No I just never actually got the redeem codes, every single thing I have slogged through in the help center seems to assume that you don' know how to redeem your code or that it is not working.
I simply never received them.
If I did receive them and they went into my spam folder they are not there now, so basically I don't have any of the problems they are addressing. That was why I was hoping for a real person, the help center keeps linking me to other solutions or lists of things to try.
Everything in the help center that I have tried so far just leads me to FAQ's etc. As far as I know I need someone who actually works for EA to be able to get the redeem codes.

You need to ask this where it belongs. Sims 3 and DA: O have nothing in common.

This has happened to me as well but with Plants vs Zombies. I have tried to go to this link you share, but there is no CONTACT US to click on. How can I get help? I have proof of purchase from paypal but the game never showed up under my games. So I can redeem it, even though it asked me once to redeem the game and then vanished, I tried to find the code at the time to enter it but I never got one. So now I have paid for a game that I have never received. Why can't I talk to a real person and get it taken care of! An email or something where people help you? I will for sure never use this again.

DAO UE is tricky to install and get all the Extras (DLC & EP) you are supposed to get.
First, install the main game WITHOUT the Extras.
Then, find and install the Patch for the game (Patch 1.05, which should be available on Bioware's website) BEFORE installing all the Extras,
Then, install all the Extras.
