i did all they told me to do and i still cant link my psn acount

hello i have Dragon Age inquisition for my ps3 and i played the 1 and 2 in my xbox 360 , the microsoft account linked but the psn one didnt and is the same email that i use i only have one !

Have you contacted an EA Game Advisor?  It's explained here: Gamertag / PSN ID and EA Origin account / BSN account - Connection & Changes.
