Why Dragon age inquisition is still not available in Origin India?

Hi,

I know Dragon age Inquisition was initially not sold in India due to controversies, however i think it's no longer the case as it is sold in almost all gaming stores including online shopping(Amazon, Flipkart etc). Why it is still not available in Origin india store?. I would like to purchase in Origin as there are often decent discounts available.
