The Last Court Actions Bugged

While playing The Last Court, actions do not replenish consistently. I will watch the timer go down to 0:00, start over, and no actions have been added. I even try refreshing or closing out of the tab and reopening it. This probably happens 7-8 times out of 10, if I'm actively watching the timer.

Noticed it doing this today, as well. Just countdown to 0:00, then back to 19:59 with no Action Point given. I started playing the game yesterday, and I've seen it do this at least four times already. That's a long wait for nothing.

If buying Dawn were still a thing, I'd wonder if it was intentional.
