Game crash on loading screen, Xbox One

Every time I load up the game I manage to get in but as soon as I try to exit the place I'm in the game crashes, it seems to crash on any loading screen. I've already tried a hard reboot and clearing my cache, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works
