Dragon Age Inquisition The Descent stopped loading

I need help, everytime I go to the deep roads it stops loading after the second black screen

there are rare times that I could go there but most of the time it stops.

please I need desperate help I want to finish this before any main quest

@lutzkhie_15 Hi, what system are you playing on?

If you're on PC, can you start by running a repair on the game? You can get this option by right-clicking the game panel in Origin.
