DA:I Fast Travel CtD? (PC, Origin)

As per mcsupersport's suggestions, I uninstalled and redownloaded the newest NVidia driver, and allowed DA:I and Origin through Windows Firewall. Neither helped.

The eventual solution that I used is the one detailed at the bottom of the topic post.
