I am also getting this same thing. I played the game a few times without any errors or problems at all. Now all it does is go to the black loading screen before the Bioware logo, and then crash back to the desktop without any kind of error. Odd, since I was able to play it, shut down my computer, come back and play a few times before, and now it won't work at all. >.O

Would love if this game got working again. I got up to lvl 13(If that tells you how much I have been able to play before this happened) and now I can't play anymore D:

Two things, one more important than the other. First, AMD has some newer drivers particularly for this game. Second, if you are not using the audio processing capability built into that Radeon, you should disable that audio option in the device manager.

I'm also having this issue. Yesterday I was playing DA inquisition just fine no issues, running the game on ultra, today I get home from work after a long day and nothing. I select play the icon comes up as if starting then instantly crashes no errors nothing. I was 60 hours into the game and now I can't even play it why does this alway happen with EA games. I've had issues with mass effect games, battlefield games are the worst, I've even had problems with origin in the past, but now with Dragon Age. I updated my drivers, restarted everything, tried troubleshooting from other forums nothing worked. Contacting EA support was a waste of 2 hours. I spend hard earned money on games like this I expect them to work.

I have a similar problem where it was working this weekend but now it crashes on startup.

Game will go through the Bioware logo screen, show the saving icon then black except for the cursor. Nothing else happens and I have to close the program via taskmaster (then the program says not responding etc.)

Same here. I downloaded the game over the last 2 days and when it was ready and I launched it, it crashed without error message.

My dxdiag also shows no errors (except for the dx setup paramenters not found). Since I am on a Surface Pro 3, I installed the latest Intel driver (not the MS issued one) - if Windows Update does not solve the issue, I will try to roll back to the standard driver and check if that helps.
