For the game Dragon Age Inquisition, I cannot find the product key in my email. I can find the email that confirms my order, but it does not contain the product key and I cannot find any other emails that contain the code.

How did you buy it?? As far as I know you don't need one if you bought it with Origin....I could be wrong, but I thought if you bought with Origin, you just had to be online showing all your games, and click on it to download....
If this is what and how you bought it, more info would be appreciated, and you may have to talk to official EA support...as this is a player to player help forum.

@l0gick Hey, if you bought through Origin the key won't be sent, it'll be immediately consumed on your account and it should show up in your games library.
I can see some other games on your account too, do these appear? Be sure to check your filters, but if this is ineffective, you can try the steps in this article.

Thank you responding! I followed the steps given from your link and now I can view both games properly in my game library. But the problem is that now a game that I preordered (Mass Effect Andromeda) is now not showing up on my games library.

I have no certain idea that preorders follow any similar rules to released games. Nonetheless, we in here at Answer HQ have ZERO access into anyone else's player accounts. If you can't figure out how to reveal the order, you are stuck until Monday. A two hour wait on weekends is no fun to put up with.
The Game Advisers at Help Center can open players' accounts, however, most of them are at home on either weekends or the late overnight shifts. The remaining skeleton staff (north america) cannot respond the way they do with a full staff from Monday to Friday in thier normal work day.

@l0gick Thanks for the update. As for the MEA purchase, it sounds like it might not have completed fully.
Can you check your Order History on your purchasing account, it should show the status of the pre-order. Can you double check that you're on the right account, if ME:A isn't showing up.?
The pre-load is still quite a ways off so there should be plenty time to get things cleared up.
