I bought Dragon Age 2 and i have product code but when i tried to install the game it requires 5 box key and i have 4

Do you mean that you received a 16 digit code, not a 20-digit one? When you try to consume it, what does it say in Origin?

I did not try it on origins but it is 16 digit. I just try to install the game from dvd to pc.
