error code 196621:0 while downloading Dragon age 2

I just downloaded Origin, and bought Dragon Age 2 and got an error report called error 196621:0

When you see this error message, reboot your computer and try to download the game again. This will refresh the connection and should allow you to complete the download. If you're using Windows 8 and have Internet Explorer 10 installed, make sure to disable any proxy settings. IE10 defaults a proxy setting even if you never use it.

i had the same issue today but for a sims3 addon pack. it'll download for a bit the the download will pause then when i resume it, it gives me that code
