dragon age 2 install error

Hello.

After downloading and installation game isn't displayed as installed in Origin. I try to run the game from install directory, run file OriginGames\Dragon Age II\bin_ship\DragonAge2.exe manually, but nothing is happened. Antivirus software is switched off. No visible downloading errors occured. Running game as administrator have same effect.

Hi @Giperion78

Click on the Origin menu in the Origin client and select Reload My Games.

If this does not work, log out of Origin and log back in. This will 'refresh' the games in the Origin client. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling Origin.

Just to be sure, do you mean that the game doesn't show up in the Origin library or is it in the library but showing the download button instead of 'play'?

Yes, that's what exactly happens.
