I cant play DA Inquisition on line as the main new upgrade is not downloading and I’m being told I need to run a version of windows that is above windows 6- which I have as I am running a one year old gaming lenova lap top . I have managed to download some other DA add ons with no problem. I completed the game off line but have a £9 upgrade to claim that I don't think I’ve been able to download yet, unless the add on/ bonuses are part of the paid for upgrade package. When I last went on line and got an advisor I was told I had to increase the virtual memory of the lap top, which I’ve manage to do but it hasn’t sorted the problem. I have submitted numerous error reports. I am running the most recent version of Windows / operating system so I don't understand that issue at all.
