Refund on Bioware Points Please

Hello

I have recently purchased the Dragon Age 2 dlc the way I used to for Mass Effect 2 dlc  on the Bioware Social store and now cannot get the installers to work for my origin copy of Dragon Age 2.

I then proceeded to find the expansions in the origin client and bought those where it said I bought one of the dlc twice. In total I have spent $67 where I originally should of spent only $27 and I wish to get a refund of at least the bioware social purchase.
