Problem getting Dragon Age 2 to start- crash on launch

When I start the program, it immediately crashes.  When trying to start it through origin, it gives a warning that a 1.72MB DL is in process and may cause problems if I proceed anyway.  When looking at the DL queue, it has nothing in it.  I have the crash report listed below:

Launched it in DX9 and got it to load.

@Blastocyst Moved to the DA2 board for you, hopefully someone here will be able to help. In the meantime, I suggest taking a look at the stickies at the top of the board, there might be something helpful there.

It might also help us if you could include a dxdiag (you can find instructions on how to generate and post a dxdiag report here, in the spoiler section), and if you're using any mods that might be helpful for us to know too.

@Blastocyst Hey, that fault module is an nvidia driver, can you try a clean install of your graphics card drivers?

NOTE TO OTHERS:  Just because your OS or a particular game can support DX-11, (or beyond) doesn't mean your graphics card can.
