Privacy error

I've installed dragon age 2, the game start, but while i'm inside, i guess after he try to login, the game back to windows and try to connect to https://eu.dragonage.com/login, but it gave me an error saying " the connection is not private, the authors of an attack may try to steal your information (such as passwords, messages or data of your credit card) from eu.dragonage.com"

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

Moreover while i'm trying to download and install the addons like black emporium and other stuff the download start and right as finished origin give the error 327683:0

i've tryied to ignore the warning and go on..in the browser still figure "https://eu.dragonage.com/login" but over it figure "IRP - Intelligent Routing Platform" and in the page there's a panel named "rackfish" requesting a login with email and password...seriously what the hell is this stuff..?

Can someone please answer me? Can someone click on that domain and tell me what do you see? And if you see what i see, a fake page, why it's the game to try the login in that **bleep**? I tryed to Connect with my smartphone with 4g and same result, it charge that fake page

there's no respons from Ea, and there's no answer in google for this.

Can't log in on this site, can't check where to register.
