PLEASE HELP

Most of my tattoos are missing and nothing I've done has brought them back. All but my Origins tattoos have disappeared from the character creator and the black emporium and I've tried everything I could think of. I've repaired the game, i've uninstalled the game, I've deleted all of the files then uninstalled then reinstalled, i've deleted all of my mods, i've added the codes for the tattoos to my chargenmorph document from a friend, and I've done all of these things more than once. None of it has worked. Please help me.
