Order delivery error - duplicate DLC purchase.

I recently purchased 1600 Bioware points, with the intent of buying "Legacy" and "Mark of the Assassin" DLC for Dragon Age 2. I purchased "Legacy" using 800 Bioware points successfully, which started downloading correctly. When I confirmed my order of "Mark of the Assassin", I was redirected to the "Thank you for purchasing Legacy" page (where I would instead expect a "Thank you for purchasing Mark of the Assassin" page). On my EA customer portal, two purchases of "Legacy" are shown (depleting the 1600 points I'd purchased), where it should show one purchase of "Mark of the Assassin" and one purchase of "Legacy".

I'd either like my 800 Bioware points refunded for the duplicate purchase of "Legacy", or the duplicate purchase of "Legacy" replaced with "Mark of the Assassin", as I intended.
