No authorization to DCL Legacy

Hello, sorry my english.

I've buy Bioware coin, and then, with this, I've buy the mission "Legami di sangue" (Legacy). Installed ok,  but in menù of game there are * and it tell me that i don't have authorization. And in the house i don't have the thing for start this mission.

where I went wrong?

What can i do?

Today finaly the mission Legacy are present in the game. And i can play with DLC. But only for 2-3 hours. Now i can't play at game again.

Before, i think that i can play because the game say that server DA don't work. Now they work and i can't play. The game say that i don't have autorization again.

Now. Why i can play only when the server don't work? It is not justice. mileysad: i have pay for i can play when i want.
Then, when i've play i don't have dialogues. But it is a small problem if i confrontation with that i can't play again.
