New plot is not loading! Help!

I just started to play Dragon Age 2 on Mac (bought from Origin). The plot was meant to load automatically as you reach the plot site, right? However, mine is just not load! This is horrible, as I can't get into the next stage if the animation of the new plot can't be displayed. Can someone please help me out!

Not sure what you mean by "plot", but some more details and a DXDiag Report would be helpful.
