Missing tattoos

Most of the tattoos in the character creator are missing, the only ones that aren't are the Origins tattoos. I've tried deleting all of my appearance mods and reinstalling the game and they still won't show up. I don't know what's wrong.

@catzeatyourface Can you try a repair? Right-click the game panel to get the option. 

This will run a scan of your game folder and replace any files that are missing.

I tried that before, and I tried it again when you suggested it. Didn't work.
