Missing paraphrases in Mark of the Assassin [ Edited ]

I have all DLCs installed for DA2 and the only one I have problems with is this one. In all dialogue every single choice has (missing paraphrase) instead of the dialogue choice, there are no captions on any lootable items, the codex entries and journal entries are blank and no subtitles appear. Can anyone help me solve this please? I have tried repairing the game and unistalling and reinstalling everthing.

Bought on Origin. I have Windows 10 updated. Had the same issue a few years back with a different computer.

I would start with a repair. Right click the game in Origin and select the repair option.

Is this the English language version of the game?
