I am unable to see dragon age 2 on osx 10.11 (i have an external monitor)

I am unable to see the game when I start it from Origin (I see it sync but it never shows up)  I looked for it in the force quit app but its not there either.  I do have an external monitor, but I don't see it on my main Macbook Pro screen either.  I am running OSX 10.11

@tedkiller9999It sounds like it's failing outright. Can you check that your mac meets the minimum specs and that its OS is fully updated?
