Dragon age 2 wont start up

Hello everyone new to these forums but  my copy of dragon age 2 wont start up I cannot  Uninstall it or fix problem in  Origin game menu and the Play button is grey and I click on it game wont start I tried from shortcut same issue and I tried running administrator mode but that did not work either.. ... I am on a window 7 computer game was working fine this morning now it wont even start.................... I  only have 18 hours on game and would like to be able to play more of it .. I hope someone can help me..:mansad:
