Dragon Age Inquisition won't connect to the Dragon Age Servers

How come I can't log into My EA account when I play Dragon age origins and dragon age 2?

@xtufx Are you saying none of the games will connect? Do you have any other EA games on your system and do they work?

I'm assuming you're on PC, you might want to launch Origin as an administrator, and ensure that it's not being blocked by your firewall/security software.

I'm playing on the xbox 360 and neither Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2 will connect to the Dragon age servers. Dragon age inquisition connects most of the time but there are times when it won't

@xtufx Do your other games connect without issue?

Perhaps clearing your system's cache will help?

Thank you for the link but I have cleared the cache several times and the games still won't connect to the dragon age servers. I appreciate Your suggestion though.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what next. Can your other games play ok? You can try power-cycling your router or swapping from wifi to an ethernet cable.
