Dragon Age 2 EA Server connection issue

I'm having trouble with the game I just downloaded. I open it up and it asks me to validate my EA login, and when I do it says that there is an error with connecting to the EA server. Please help me, I don't know what to do.

Hey, does it help to restart Origin as an administrator? It take it if you launch other games online you don't have any issues?

It may also help to ensure your anti-virus and firewall aren't blocking the game or Origin.
