Dragon Age 2 Camera Mouse doesn't rotate

Hello everybody!

I have recently changed computer and re-installed my origin and Dragon Age 2. I tried to play today, but for some reason when I try to use the mouse to rotate the camera around it doesn't work.

The mouse does everything else (clicking, selecting, zooming in and out).

Anybody can help me?

@TizTDoes holding the right mouse button have any effect? Can you try going into the options for mouse and key bindings and resetting both to default?
